Workplace Assessment

 As per the training delivery, your assessment sessions will be based on the same format. For example, you will be assessed as you perform the unit of competency during the normal course of your employment. If the assessor is unable to witness your work performance, then a simulated exercise will be requested. The theory component will be by either a written exam or verbal discussion for a more in-depth knowledge assessment. Your performance will also be supported by an employer representative or a workplace referee. The assessor may request a reassessment or that you perform a portion of the unit at a later date.
